Contemporary Kintsugi with Natalia

Kintsugi is the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer mixed with gold, platinum, or silver, originating in 15th century Japan.

This philosophy embraces the idea that breakage is a part of an object's journey, and instead of discarding it, we can mend it, allowing the cracks to narrate its unique story.

In this beginner's Kintsugi class, you'll discover an contemporary approach based on traditional Kintsugi techniques, using modern day products like epoxy glue and putty.

Most of supplies can be easily found at local stores in Australia, enabling you to confidently repair your cherished items at home after completing the class.

No experience necessary - Natalia will supply all materials needed for this step-by-step class.
